Tair is a patient of Dr. Craig Floch. She had gastric bypass surgery on July 21, 2010 and has since
lost 80 lbs. Life had not been all that pleasant prior to having the surgery. She was suffering from high blood pressure, sleep disorders and tired very easily.
As a film producer she is in the public eye. and wanted to look better. both for herself, and to the public, as well as feeling better physically.
Today after her surgery, Tair finds that most of her health issues are gone and she feels lighter and prettier. Looking at her now on the red carpet, and seeing the transformation, is a tribute to what she has accomplished.
Tair chose Dr. Craig Floch to perform her surgery because of his reputation and she had heard that he was the best at what she wanted to do. Her experience with him and the people in his practice has been wonderful as she found them all to be kind and supportive. It has however, taken her time to get acclimated to her new body.
Tair had been invited to the White House on several occasions but always chose not to go. She accepted the last invitation to go to thee Lincoln Ford Theater celebration because now she finally felt beautiful enough to walk the red carpet and pose for pictures. Lots of photos were taken since this was a three day event starting with a Senate reception the night before. A White House reception was held the next afternoon, followed by the evening performance at the Lincoln Ford Theater and then a dinner at the Portrait Gallery.
This February Tair will walk the red carpet at the Oscar Ceremony in her Halston. We will all look forward to watching her on TV walking the red carpet, and we all join in congratulating her on her greatest accomplishment. She is truly an "Oscar Winner."
