Life before surgery was 110 lbs ago. It
was more difficult on the body. There
were fewer things that I was physically

able to do. Just going to the
gym and even attempting to
lose weight or get healthy was
more difficult. Surgery has
made it easier to make
commitments like that. Just
going out and mowing the
lawn is easy now. Going to
the amusement park with my
daughter and being able to get

on the rides has
probably been

big change.

High blood pressure and diabetes all run in my family. It was only a matter of
time before the hypertension and diabetes and other illnesses finally got to me.
They had already gotten to my father and my brother. I knew it was coming.

I chose Dr. Neil Floch based on Norwalk Hospital's recommendation and his own
reputation. I previously had him as a surgeon for another operation when I had
my gall bladder removed so I was familiar with him.

My experience with the practice has been great. There are great people here.
Dr. Floch has been tremendous through out the entire process. The PAs and
everyone else have been great. It's been a very good experience.
